WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaheim Javon Miller, 21, of 401Assumption Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on a Felony Drug Charge.

Jaheim Javon Miller was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on December 18, 2023 on charges of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Illegal Carrying of Weapons.

Jaheim Javon Miller failed to appear and a warrant for his arrest issued signed on December 20, 2023.

Jaheim Javon Miller was also wanted on a warrant for Failure to Appear on Charges of Simple Battery.

Jaheim Javon Miller was arrested on Saturday on charges as follows:

*Failure to Appear in Court on December 18, 2023 on Charges of:
-Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
-Illegal Carrying of Weapons

*Failure to Appear in Court on Charges of:
-Simple Battery

Jaheim Javon Miller remains incarcerated with bond set at $578 on the battery count and awaits a bond hearing on the drug and firearms count.
