UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Darian Latroy Williams, 40, of 133 Pleasant Lane, Belle Rose, LA on felony charges arising from an incident on April 05, 2024 near Belle Rose.

Deputies responded to the complaint and made contact with the victim who advised that her domestic partner, now identified as Darian Latroy Williams, had taken her automobile from the Pleasant Lane area without her permission.

At the conclusion of this investigation, deputies issued an arrest warrant for Darian Latroy Williams.

On Thursday morning, Darian Latroy Williams was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Unauthorized Use of a Moveable

Darian Latroy Williams remains incarcerated with bond set at $10,000.
