TRAFFIC STOP – FUGITIVE WARRANT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kip J. Gaspard 55, of 1219 Hwy. 70, Lot B, Pierre Part, LA, following a Sunday morning traffic stop.

A uniformed patrol officer working assignment, observed a westbound vehicle commit a traffic violation east of Gator Gold Casino early Sunday.

The deputy initiated a stop of the vehicle and identified the driver as Kip J. Gaspard.

Upon conducting a criminal records check, it was determined that Kip J. Gaspard was wanted on a fugitive warrant from Morgan City Police Department.

Kip J. Gaspard was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a:

*Fugitive Warrant – City of Morgan City

Kip Gaspard was released to that jurisdiction.
