TRAFFIC STOP -DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – RANDY PAUL HEBERT
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Randy Paul Hebert, 51, of 132 Paul Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 70 in Pierre Part on Sunday afternoon.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle with licensing violations and initiated a stop of that vehicle.
The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Randy Paul Hebert. The deputy initiated an officer / violator interview. The deputy at some point detained Randy Paul Hebert and conducted a protective pat down sweep of Randy Paul Hebert and seized multiple doses of Adderall. The deputy also obtained consent to search the vehicle which resulted in the seizure of additional Adderall.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Randy Paul Hebert was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Adderall with Intent to Distribute
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Owner to Secure Registration
*No Insurance
*Switched License Plate
Randy Paul Hebert was incarcerated and released on a $7,000 bond.
