BELLE RIVER – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Charles Joseph Barbier, 41, of 127 Cypress Street, Pierre Part, LA, on multiple felony charges arising from a traffic stop in the vicinity of Cypress Street in Belle River late Thursday.
A uniformed patrol deputy assigned to the I.C.E. detail observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of that vehicle.
