THIRD DEGREE RAPE
LOGAN CHRISTOPHER DUBOIS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Logan Christopher Dubois, 20, of 416 Bayou Drive, Pierre Part, LA, on charges related to an alleged rape incident dating back to June 18, 2018.

On May 13, 2019, the parent of a female juvenile filed a complaint alleging that on or about June 18, 2018, the juvenile was at a party at a location in Assumption Parish and had been raped by Logan Christopher Dubois.

Detectives initiated an investigation which included interviewing a number of witnesses.

After a lengthy investigation, on March 21, 2020, detectives filed an arrest warrant charging Logan Christopher Dubois with third degree rape.

On Friday, April 2, 2020, Logan Christopher Dubois was arrested in Pierre Part and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a count of:

*Third Degree Rape

Dubois was released after posting a $25,000 commercial bond.
