THEFT VALUED AT OVER $25,000 – NOLAN J. VEDROS, JR.
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Nolan J. Vedros, Jr., 56, of 7257 LA 182, Room 108, Morgan City, LA, on felony charges arising from the theft of over $100,000 of construction equipment from the Labadieville area.
On November 28, 2022, Deputies were dispatched to a location near the 2600 block of LA 1 relative to the theft.
Detectives initiated an investigation and were able to identify Nolan J. Vedros, Jr. as the suspect in the theft.
Detectives established probable cause sufficient to obtain warrants for the arrest of Nolan J. Vedros, Jr.
The suspect was arrested on Wednesday with the assistance of the Morgan City Police Department.
Nolan J. Vedros, Jr. was transported to Assumption Parish and booked int the detention center on charges of:
*Felony Theft – Valued Over $25,000
Nolan J. Vedros, Jr. remains incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
