THE UNLAWFUL PRESENTATION OF DOCUMENTS TO OBTAIN
IDENTIFICATION – JUAN MARCOS MATIAS FUENTES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Juan Marcos Matias Fuentes, 38, of 147 Cypress Court, Gray, LA, on charges related to this individual attempting to obtain identification and driver’s license by fraudulent means at the local State Department of Motor Vehicles Office.

On Monday, deputies responded to a complaint and interviewed the employees of the government agency and reviewed a number of documents submitted by Fuentes.

Based upon the investigation, the material Fuentes provided was determined to be fraudulent.

Fuentes was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Unlawful Production, Manufacturing, Distribution or Possession of Fraudulent
Documents for Identification Purposes
*Giving False Information Regarding Lawful Presence in the United States in Order
To Obtain a Driver’s License

Fuentes was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
