SEARCH WARRANT – DRUG, GUN LAW VIOLATIONS
TERRIL ANTHONY MEADS, SHANNON MICHELLE WINSLOW
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Terril Anthony Meads, 52, of 1022 Highway 1011 Napoleonville, LA and Shannon Michelle Winslow, 50, of 247 Highway 1014 Lot A, Labadieville, LA, on multiple felony charges arising from the execution of a search warrant at a residence north of Labadieville, LA.
As part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, narcotics agents secured probable cause sufficient to apply for a search warrant at 247 Highway 1014. The search warrant was granted and agents converged on the residence on Thursday afternoon.
During the search process, agents seized assorted drug paraphernalia, crack cocaine and a stolen large caliber firearm.
Terril Anthony Meads and Shannon Michelle Winslow were arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges as follows:
As to Terril Anthony Meads:
*Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
*Illegal Carrying of a Weapon in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances
*Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm
As to Shannon Michelle Winslow:
* Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
* Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm
* Illegal Carrying of a Weapon in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous
* Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Terril Anthony Meads and Shannon Michelle Winslow remain incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
