PUBLIC DROP BOX FOR UNUSED, OUTDATED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
PIERRE PART– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announces that a public drop box has been installed at the Pierre Part Substation.
The drop box is for utilization by the public to deposit any unused or outdated medication.
The project is a combined effort by the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Bayou Council Behavioral Health Services and is titled “The Prevention Partnership”. Funding for the project was made possible through a grant from South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority.
