PROBATION VIOLATION – ELLISLES MARIA THOMAS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ellisles Maria Thomas, 40, of 180 Blackwell Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on a warrant from the Louisiana Department of Corrections, Department of Probation and Parole.

On October 11, 2022, Ellisles Maria Thomas was convicted of the crime of theft in the 23rd Judicial District Court in Assumption Parish. As a result of that conviction, Ellisles Maria Thomas was sentenced to two years with the Department of Corrections and placed on probation for a term of 2 years with special conditions she was required to abide by.

Ellisles Maria Thomas failed to honor those conditions resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on May 1, 2023.

Ellisles Maria Thomas was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Thomas was ordered held without bond.
