PROBATION VIOLATION – NICOLE LYNN GROS
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Nicole Lynn Gros, 43, of 134 Maryann Street, Pierre Part, LA, on a warrant charging her with probation violations.
Nicole Lynn Gros was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges. As a result of that arrest, Nicole Lynn Gros was convicted of the crime of Possession of Methamphetamine. Nicole Lynn Gros was placed on two (2) years supervised probation and ordered to comply with special conditions during the probative period. Nicole Lynn Gros was determined to have violated those conditions and on February 8, 2023 a warrant was issued for her arrest.
On Friday evening, a uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle being driven by Branden Joseph Landry, 36, of 712 Highway 402 Napoleonville, LA. The deputy had prior knowledge that Landry’s Louisiana Driver’s license was currently suspended.
The deputy initiated a stop of the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Branden Joseph Landry and one passenger identified as Nicole Lynn Gros. The deputy was aware that a warrant existed for Gros’ arrest and confirmed the same through a warrants check. Nicole Lynn Gros was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Nicole Lynn Gros was ordered held without bond.
Branden Joseph Landry was cited for Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License. He was released.
