INAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of John Mark Mabile, 28, of 3606 Keith Street, Pierre Part, LA, on charges following a reported complaint on Wednesday.

Deputies contacted the complainant on Elise Court who indicated that she had departed her home at some point on January 7, 2020.

When she returned to her home, she discovered that someone had been in her home.

Deputies recovered electronic evidence connecting Mabile to the unlawful entry. Additionally, deputies obtained a statement from a cooperating witness.

John Mark Mabile was arrested on Wednesday and booked on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

John Mark Mabile remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
