ILLEGAL USE OF A WEAPON OR DANGEROUS INSTRUMENTALITIES – COURTNEY ANDRE JULIEN

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Courtney Andre Julien, 44, of 617 Fourth Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on charges related to a Saturday afternoon incident near Belle Rose.

Deputies were dispatched to the 5000 block of LA 308 in reference to individuals possessing illegal weapons.

While on site, deputies heard gunshots and were able to identify the source of those shots. Deputies questioned two individuals, one of which was Courtney Andre Julien.

After an officer / violator interview, Courtney Andre Julien was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities

Courtney Andre Julien remains incarcerated with bond set at $100,000.
