ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN THINGS / FUGITIVE
PROBATION / PAROLE VIOLATOR – MICAH LEE ROBY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Micah Lee Roby, 38, of 34320 Te Norm Road, Donaldsonville, LA, on felony charges following an investigative stop on LA 1011 south of Napoleonville, LA.

On Tuesday, a uniformed patrol officer executed a motor vehicle stop and made contact with the driver, Micah Lee Roby.

At that time, it was determined that Roby was in possession of a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

Roby was arrested and it was also determined that Roby was a five count fugitive.

Micah Lee Roby was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Illegal Possession of Stolen Things (Motor Vehicle)
*Fugitive – 5 Counts

Louisiana Department of Corrections placed a hold on Roby for a Parole / Probation violation.

Roby was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
