I.C.E. UNIT ARREST – FUGITIVE WARRANT
DENNIS D. JOHNSON
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dennis D. Johnson, 22, of 141 Ernie’s Lane, Franklin, LA, on charges related to a suspicious person complaint on Sunday evening.
An I.C.E. Unit assigned deputy was dispatched to the Gold and Lincoln Street areas west of the village limit’s in reference to a complaint of a suspicious person.
The deputy located the individual fitting the description provided by the complainant. During the identification process, the suspect now identified as Dennis D. Johnson, attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended. Johnson was wanted on a fugitive warrant.
Johnson was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Resisting an Officer
*Fugitive Warrant – Lafourche Parish
Upon satisfying local charges, Dennis D. Johnson will be turned over to Lafourche Parish to answer to those charges.
