FUGITIVE WARRANTS – FAILURE TO APPEAR
DAVID WILLIAMS, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of David Williams, Jr., 44, of 165 Freetown Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on fugitive and failure to appear warrants in multiple jurisdictions.

Detectives made contact with Williams and transported him to the Detective Bureau to be interviewed by Ascension Parish detectives concerning an unrelated matter. While being interviewed, deputies were advised of a failure to appear warrant in Assumption Parish on charges of:

*Possession of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoids (2nd Offense)

Additionally, David Williams, Jr. was booked on:

*Fugitive Warrants for Ascension Parish (2 Counts)

Williams will remain in Assumption Parish until he posts bail and will then be released to Ascension Parish.
