FUGITIVE WARRANT – FELONY THEFT – IDENTITY THEFT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Amanda Carol Kirby, 36, of 1301 Hwy. 402, Napoleonville, LA, on a fugitive warrant from Livingston Parish.

On Tuesday afternoon, deputies responded to a complaint at the aforementioned address and made contact with Amanda Carol Kirby.

During the process of investigating the complaint, deputies conducted a warrants check on Amanda Carol Kirby and determined that she was wanted by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Amanda Carol Kirby was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Felony Theft
*Identity Theft

Amanda Carol Kirby is awaiting transfer to Livingston Parish.
