FUGITIVE WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT ON DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – BRANDON CHRISTOPHER THOMAS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Christopher Thomas, 32, of 3039 Mt. Olive Church, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.

Brandon Christopher Thomas was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. As a result of that arrest, Brandon Christopher Thomas was ordered to appear in court on July 5, 2023, and failed to do so resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on July 06, 2023.

Brandon Christopher Thomas was arrested in Livingston Parish. Thomas was released to the custody of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on December 11, 2024, and was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 5, 2023, on a Count of:
-Possession of a Schedule I controlled Dangerous Substance
-Fugitive Warrant – Ascension Parish

Brandon Christopher Thomas was served with a notice to appear in court in Assumption Parish on January 6, 2025.

Brandon Christopher Thomas awaits transfer to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office to be processed on local charges in that jurisdiction.
