FUGITIVE WARRANT / ASCENSION PARISH

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jermaine Dushon Jackson, 40, of 103 West 6th Street, Donaldsonville, LA, following a traffic stop near LA 308 and the LA 1008 Bridge on Saturday.

A deputy on assignment, was dispatched to the aforementioned area in connection with a reckless driver.

The deputy located the violator’s vehicle and made contact with the driver now identified as Jermaine Dushon Jackson. Upon running a computer check, the deputy was informed that a warrant from Ascension Parish for Jackson’s arrest was indeed outstanding.

Jackson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on:

*Fugitive Warrant for Domestic Abuse Battery in Ascension Parish

Jackson was incarcerated pending transfer to Ascension Parish.
