FUGITIVE WARRANT

FUGITIVE WARRANT – DAX MICHAEL PREJEAN

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dax Michael Prejean, 32, of 13071 Spruce Street, Vacherie, LA, on fugitive warrants following a traffic stop on Wednesday evening.

A deputy working assignment in the Pierre Part area initiated a vehicle stop due to a traffic violation. The deputy was able to identify Dax Prejean as the driver. Upon entering Prejean’s name in the database, it was determined that he was wanted on felony fugitive failure to appear warrants in Ascension Parish.

Dax Michael Prejean was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as a fugitive from Ascension Parish for:

*Fugitive Warrant – Failure to Appear on charges of Introducing Contraband into a
Penal Institution
*Fugitive Warrant – Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of Controlled Dangerous
Substances
*Fugitive Warrant – Failure to Appear for Non-Support

Dax Michael Prejean was released to the custody of Ascension Parish.
