FUGITIVE ARREST – SIMPLE BURGLARY – RAYMOND DRATEN, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Raymond Draten, Jr., 27, of 4201 Highway 18, Edgard, LA, on a fugitive warrant from the Kenner Police Department for Simple Burglary.

Early Friday morning, deputies were dispatched to a business establishment on LA 70 in reference to two individuals engaging in a sexual act in a public area.

The deputy located two individuals, one of which was Raymond Draten, Jr. The deputy interviewed both Draten and his accomplice and then requested a warrant check on both individuals.

It was determined that Draten was wanted by the Kenner Police Department on a charge of Simple Burglary.

Raymond Draten, Jr. was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention on charges of:

*Fugitive Warrant – Kenner Police Department for Simple Burglary

Draten will be transferred to the custody of the Kenner Police Department.
