FUGITIVE ARREST – SECOND DEGREE BATTERY, SIMPLE BATTERY

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Darren Thibodaux, 48, of 206 North Holly Road, Labadieville, LA, on a felony fugitive warrant originating in the City of Thibodaux.

Deputies received a warrant from Thibodaux Police charging Darren Thibodaux with one count of second-degree battery and one count of simple battery.

Deputies went to the South Holly address on Thursday evening and arrested Thibodaux on the aforementioned warrant. He was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Fugitive Warrant – Thibodaux Police Department for:
– Second Degree Battery
– Simple Battery

Darren Thibodaux was released to the custody of the Lafourche Parish Detention Facility on Friday morning.
