FUGITIVE ARREST – FELONY DOMESTIC CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Frederick D. Robins, 53, of 214 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Napoleonville, LA, on a felony fugitive warrant following a pedestrian stop on Jefferson Street in Napoleonville on Wednesday afternoon.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed a male subject standing on Jefferson Street speaking to an individual who stopped in the main travel lane and impeding the flow of traffic.
The deputy made contact with both the pedestrian and the vehicle’s driver to advise both that they were obstructing traffic. The deputy conducted a criminal records check on the pedestrian now identified as Frederick D. Robins. It was determined that Frederick D. Robins was wanted by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with felony domestic charges.
Frederick D. Robins was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment
Frederick D. Robins remains incarcerated pending transfer to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
