FUGITIVE ARREST – DETRENTA D. LEE

LABADIEVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Detrenta D. Lee, 28, of 855 Louis Street, Baton Rouge, LA, on a felony fugitive warrant arising out of a traffic stop on Sunday evening.

A uniformed patrol officer observed a southbound vehicle on LA 1 north of Labadieville with an equipment violation and initiated a stop of the vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Detrenta D. Lee.

While conducting the post stop interview with the driver, the dispatch center advised the deputy of a fugitive warrant out of Livingston Parish was confirmed as valid for the arrest of Detrenta D. Lee.

The suspect was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Fugitive – Livingston Parish for Possession of a Schedule I Drug (Felony)

Detrenta D. Lee remains incarcerated pending transfer to Livingston Parish.
