FELONY DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad A. LeBlanc, 56, of 1070 Highway 402, Napoleonville, LA, on felony drug law violations arising out of a Friday evening incident at the aforementioned address.
Deputies went to the LA 402 address for the purpose of arresting Chad A. LeBlanc on a warrant for Failing to Appear in Court on previous drug law violation. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Chad A. LeBlanc who acknowledged that he was aware of the Failure to Appear warrant.
While inside of the residence, deputies and narcotics agents observed quantities of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Additionally, the suspect Chad A. LeBlanc identified the location of additional methamphetamine, all of which were seized.
Chad A. LeBlanc was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Warrant – Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on November 30, 2022, on charges of:
– Possession of Methamphetamine
Chad A. LeBlanc remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
