FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jonathon M. Priestly, 26, of 127 Elaine Street, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on felony criminal damage to property charges related to a domestic incident which occurred on June 10, 2019.
On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the Elaine Street residence in connection with a disturbance.
The complainant advised deputies that Jonathon Priestly had caused extensive damage estimated at nearly $7,000 to the interior of the home.
As a result of this incident, deputies applied for and were granted arrest warrants on June 12, 2019. Those warrants were entered into the national data base.
On November 27, 2019, Jonathan M. Priestly was arrested by the Zachary Police Department. Johnathon Priestly was transferred to Assumption Parish and booked into the Detention Center on a charge of:
*Felony Criminal Damage to Property Estimated at $7,000
Priestly remains incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing.
