FAILURE TO APPEAR / THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE / PROBATION – PAROLE VIOLATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bryan Patrick Simoneaux, 32, of 5824 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA, on a failure to appear warrant and a probation / parole warrant.

On November 18, 2019, Sheriff’s I.C.E. Unit on assignment observed a person he believed to be Bryan Patrick Simoneaux entering a parked vehicle near the aforementioned address. As deputies approached the vehicle, Simoneaux fled but was apprehended a short time later along the banks of Bayou Lafourche.

Bryan Patrick Simoneaux was apprehended and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:

*Failure to Appear Warrant on a Charge of Theft of an Automobile
*Probation / Parole Violation

Bryan Patrick Simoneaux was ordered held without bond by Judge Alvin Turner.
