FAILURE TO APPEAR / THEFT / FELONY – SETH MICHAEL MARTIN

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Seth Michael Martin, 43, of 39062 Little Creek Drive, Gonzales, LA, for failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish on charges of theft.

Seth Michael Martin was originally charged on October 18, 2018, in connection with a theft that occurred on August 17, 2018. At the time of Martin’s arrest on the original charge, he was ordered and served to appear in court.

Seth Michael Martin failed to appear for his scheduled court date resulting in a Failure to Appear Warrant being issued on January 11, 2022.

Seth Michael Martin was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Wednesday on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish – Theft Valued over $1,000 but less than $5,000.

Seth Michael Martin remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
