FAILURE TO APPEAR – SIMPLE BURGLARY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Raquel Deshane Donsereaux, 39, of 4049 Philosopher Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on a charge of Simple Burglary.

Raquel Deshane Donsereaux was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on November 9, 2022. Donsereaux failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on November 10, 2022.

On Tuesday morning, deputies were dispatched to a local healthcare facility regarding an unruly patient.

Deputies responded to the call and encountered the patron on LA 1 near LA 402. Deputies made contact with the individual now identified as Raquel Deshane Donsereaux and determined that she was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear. Raquel Deshane Donsereaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on a Count of Simple Burglary

Raquel Deshane Donsereaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
