FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR THEFT OF A FIREARM – IAN J. TALBOT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ian J. Talbot, 43, of 365 Highway 401, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on a count of Theft of a Firearm.

Ian J. Talbot was arrested on May 1, 2020 on the aforementioned charge.

As a result of that arrest, Ian J. Talbot was ordered to appear in court in Assumption Parish on February 8, 2021 and failed to do so.

A warrant was issued for Ian J. Talbot on February 10, 2021.

Ian J. Talbot was arrested on December 29, 2022. He was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on February 8, 2021 for Theft of a Firearm

Ian J. Talbot remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
