FAILURE TO APPEAR – FINANCIAL CRIMES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Felicia A. Daigle, 38, of 122 Rodrigue Street, Thibodaux, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on multiple charges related to financial crimes.

Felicia A. Daigle was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on May 28, 2024. Felicia A. Daigle failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on May 30, 2024.

Felicia A. Daigle was arrested in Lafourche Parish on September 21, 2024. Daigle was transferred to the custody of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 7, 2024.

Felicia A. Daigle was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on May 28, 2024, on Counts of:
-Illegal Transmission of Monetary Funds
-Computer Fraud
-Bank Fraud
-Theft
-Identify Theft

Felicia A. Daigle was released after posting a $200 cash bond and served a new court date of October 28, 2024.
