FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jovian Jerome Clark, 40, of 173 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA, on felony charges related to his failure to appear in court on multiple drug charges.
Jovian Jerome Clark was previously arrested on multiple felony charges, posted bond and ordered to Appear in Court on May 26, 2021. As a result of Clark’s failure to appear, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Jovian Clark was arrested on Thursday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant for:
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on charges of:
– Produce, Manufacture, Distribute, Dispense, Possess Schedule I Controlled
Dangerous Substances
-Possession of Xanax
-Taking Contraband to/from a Penal Institution
-Second Offense Possession of Marijuana
-Resisting an Officer
Jovian Jerome Clark was released on bond.
