FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGE, PROBATION
WARRANT – SUMMER MARAE GAUDET
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Summer Marae Gaudet, 30, of 2211 Lake Palourde Road, Morgan City, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish related to a felony drug charge as well as a warrant for a probation violation.
Summer Marae Gaudet was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on September 24, 2024, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for her arrest on September 26, 2024.
Additionally, Summer Marae Gaudet was charged with a probation violation related to her conviction of the crime of possession of methamphetamine on September 27, 2023, in Assumption Parish. As a result of the conviction, Summer Marae Gaudet was placed on supervised probation for 18 months and ordered to abide by a number of special conditions. Summer Marae Gaudet violated those conditions resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.
Summer Marae Gaudet was arrested in Terrebonne Parish on October 30, 2024. Gaudet was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on October 31, 2024. She was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for a Review Hearing on September
24, 2024, on Charges of Possession of Methamphetamine
*Probation Violation Warrant – Louisiana Department of Corrections
Summer Marae Gaudet remains incarcerated and ordered held without bond.
