FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jacy Capello Naquin, 45, of 213 West 4th Street, Lot B, Donaldsonville, LA, on a Failure to Appear warrant related to a felony drug charge.

Jacy Capello Naquin was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. As a result of that arrest, Jacy Capello Naquin was ordered to appear in court on June 3, 2024. Jacy Capello Naquin failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant for her arrest being issued on June 5, 2024.

Jacy Capello Naquin was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on November 6, 2024. Jacy Capello Naquin was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on November 7, 2024. Capello was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on June 3, 2024 for Motions on a
Count of:
-Possession of Methamphetamine

Jacy Capello Naquin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
