FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ardiss Laine Lovell, 40, of 1151 Church Street, Houma, LA on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.
Ardiss Laine Lovell was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on February 14, 2022 on charges including Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute. As a result of that arrest, Ardiss Laine Lovell was ordered to appear in court on April 20, 2022. Ardiss Laine Lovell did not appear as ordered and a warrant was issued for his arrest on April 20, 2022.
The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Ardiss Laine Lovell on March 4, 2023. Lovell was transferred to Assumption Parish on March 6, 2022, and booked into the detention facility on a warrant for:
*Failure to Appear in Court on April 20, 2022, on a charge of: Produce, Manufacture, Distribute, Dispense or Possess a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance to Wit: Methamphetamine
Ardiss Laine Lovell was released on Tuesday after posting bond.
