FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DOMESTIC CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Lamark Banks, 35, of 128 Red Street, Gray, LA, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Brandon Lamark Banks was previously arrested on felony charges of domestic abuse battery involving strangulation. As a result of that arrest, Brandon Lamark Banks was served notice to appear in court on October 6, 2021 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for Banks on October 7, 2021.

Brandon Lamark Banks was arrested by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday.

Brandon Lamark Banks was transferred to Assumption Parish on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a warrant charging him with:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 6, 2021 on Charges of Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation.

Brandon Lamark Banks remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
