FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY D.W.I – BRANDON JAMES FRANK

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon James Frank, 36, of 818 President Street, Thibodaux, LA, on a warrant accusing him of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for arraignment on felony driving while intoxicated charges.

Brandon James Frank was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on July 11, 2022, for arraignment on charges of D.W.I., Third Offense. Brandon James Frank failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued on July 12, 2022.

Brandon James Frank was arrested by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 25, 2024.

Brandon James Frank was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on July 11, 2022, on a count of Driving While Intoxicated – Third Offense.

Brandon James Frank remains incarcerated and upon satisfying local charges, Frank will be transferred to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office in Texas to face charges of Second-Degree Felony Sexual Assault.
