FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY CHARGE – DORIN KENNEDY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dorin Kennedy, 43, of 106 Paul Frederick St, Luling, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling.
Dorin Kennedy was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest, was ordered to appear in court on April 21, 2022, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Dorin Kennedy on April 21, 2022.
Dorin Kennedy was arrested by Louisiana State Police on August 20, 2024. Kennedy was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 20, 2024. Dorin Kennedy was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on April 20, 2022, on a count of:
-Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
Dorin Kennedy remains incarcerated without bond.
