FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY – LATISHA LYNN LANDRY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Latisha Lynn Landry 40, of 64437 Vaughn Road, Plaquemine, LA, on multiple warrants for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Latisha Lynn Landry was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on January 23, 2023 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for Landry’s arrest on January 27, 2023.

Latish Lynn Landry was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 30, 2023, on local charges there and eventually sentenced to serve time at the Louisiana Transitional Center for Women in Madison Parish, LA.

On November 26, 2023, Latisha Lynn Landry was released to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office. Landry was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on January 23, 2023, on counts off:
-Aggravated Assault
-Attempted Monetary Instrument Abuse

Latisha Lynn Landry remains incarcerated with bond set at $6,000.
