FAILURE TO APPEAR –ASSUMPTION PARISH – DETAINER PROBATION – PAROLE – MICHAEL LEBLANC
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Michael LeBlanc, 35, of 14782 Peltier Drive, New Orleans, LA, on multiple Failure to Appear Charges as well as a detainer for a probation / parole violation.
Michael LeBlanc was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on March 20, 2023 and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Michael LeBlanc on March 27, 2023. Michael LeBlanc was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 3, 2023 and was being held on local charges there.
Michael LeBlanc was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Counts of:
-Violation of a Protective Order
-Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
*Detainer – Department of Corrections Probation / Parole Violation
Bond on the Failure to Appear Charges is set at $689 cash only.
Michael LeBlanc was ordered held without bond on the Probation / Parole Detainer.
