DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – FUGITIVE
BRAYLON D. LATIOLAS – FRANCES LEE BOUDREAUX
BAYOU L’OURES – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Braylon D. Latiolas, 23, of 916 Highway 182 East, Morgan City, LA, on drug related charges and Frances Lee Boudreaux, 36, of Pond Drive, Morgan City, LA, on a fugitive warrant.
Both arrests were made during the execution of a search warrant early Monday at a residence on Aristle Road in Bayou L’Ourse. The search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation.
During the search, a quantity of meth-amphetamine was seized which was attributed to Braylon D. Latiolas, resulting in his arrest.
Agents and deputies also arrested Frances Lee Boudreaux on a fugitive warrant from St. Mary Parish.
Braylon D. Latiolas was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
Frances Lee Boudreaux was booked on the fugitive warrant from St. Mary Parish. She remains in the Assumption Parish Detention Center pending transfer to St. Mary Parish.
Braylon D. Latiolas remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
