DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
LANCE METREJEAN
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lance Metrejean, 42, of 1004 Bayou Drive, Pierre Part, LA, on drug law violations in connection with an ongoing narcotics investigation.
On Wednesday afternoon, narcotics agents and deputies executed an arrest warrant at the aforementioned address on Lance Metrejean for distribution of meth-amphetamine. The arrest resulted from an ongoing narcotics investigation which identified Lance Metrejean as being involved in the illegal distribution of controlled dangerous substances.
At the time of the arrest, Metrejean consented to the search of certain appurtenant structures at the address in question. As a result of that search, agents seized quantities of meth-amphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Lance Metrejean was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Distribution of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Lance Metrejean remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
