DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

SUBJECT: DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS / CODY JOSEPH GRANDIN
NAPOLEONVILLE –Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Cody Joseph Grandin, 43, of 1907 Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug law violations resulting from a September 9, 2019 incident.
On the aforementioned date, deputies were called to a Pierre Part residence to assist Acadian Ambulance on a medical call.
Upon arrival, Deputies learned that Cody Joseph Grandin may be suffering drug induced symptoms.
While on scene, deputies observed and seized a quantity of meth-amphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
At the time, Grandin was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
Deputies requested and were granted arrest warrants for Grandin’s arrest.
On Wednesday, deputies arrested Grandin at his home on charges of:
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Third Offense)
Cody Joseph Grandin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
Cody Joseph Grandin has been arrested multiple times in recent months on drug related charges.
