DRUG LAW VIOLATION – DISTRIBUTION

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Patricia Lynn Savoie, 49, of 1102 Fourth Street, Morgan City, La., on felony drug distribution warrants related to an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation.

As a result of this investigation, agents were able to identify Patricia Lynn Savoie as being involved in illegal narcotics trafficking.

During this process, agents were able to establish sufficient probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Patricia Lynn Savoie.

On Tuesday, Patricia Lynn Savoie was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Distribution of Meth-Amphetamine

Patricia Lynn Savoie was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
