DOMESTIC MATTER – FELONY CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Christian Bergeron, 21, of 1366 Highway 662, Bayou L’Ourse on charges related to a Saturday afternoon domestic disturbance.
Deputies responded to a disturbance call at a Flamingo Road residence and made contact with the complainant.
During the complainant interview process, deputies were able to identify two victims. It was determined that Christian Bergeron had become unruly with the two victims, both family members and at some point, became physical with both.
At one point, Bergeron allegedly smashed a cell phone and a wide screen television.
Deputies located Christian Bergeron and he did acknowledge his actions.
Christian Bergeron was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property (2 Counts – Felony)
*Simple Battery
*Domestic Abuse Battery
Christian Bergeron was incarcerated with bond set at $7,500.
