DOMESTIC MATTER – FELONY CRIMES

KLOTZVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jermain Lekeith Flowers, 36, of 33450 Bowie Street, White Castle, La., on felony domestic charges resulting from two separate incidents in Assumption Parish.

The first incident occurred on May 06, 2017 at a Klotzville residence involving a female accomplice and her children.

The second incident occurred on March 05, 2018 and involved the same female and her children.

In both incidents, deputies observed physical evidence that Jermain Lekeith Flowers had accosted the female acquaintance and caused noticeable injury to her. On one of the occasions, a child was injured.

Following both incidents, the suspect had left the area prior to the deputies’ arrival, resulting in warrants being filed.

On Monday morning, Flowers was involved in a single vehicle crash near Belle Rose and left the scene. Deputies located him a short time later and arrested him.

Jermain Lekeith Flowers was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:

Warrants related to the May 16 2017 incident –
*Aggravated Battery
*Domestic Abuse

As to the March 5, 2018 incident –
*Aggravated Battery
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Jermain Lekeith Flowers remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
