DOMESTIC INCIDENT – AGGRAVATED BATTERY
KEYONTA ONJONA HENDERSON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Keyonta Onjona Henderson, 20, of 3396 Back Marais Road, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance at a residence south of Napoleonville early Sunday.

Deputies were dispatched to an area healthcare facility in reference to individuals being treated for wounds.

Deputies made contact with a male victim who was being treated for a hand wound.

That individual indicated that he and his domestic partner now identified as Keyonta Onjona Henderson, were involved in a dispute at their residence. At some point, Keyonta Onjona Henderson retrieved a pair of scissors and stabbed the male victim. The suspect, Henderson was also treated at the same facility for an accidental self-inflicted wound.

After interviewing the victim and the suspect, deputies arrested Keyonta Onjona Henderson. She was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Aggravated Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

Keyonta Onjona Henderson was incarcerated and released on a $25,000 bond.
