DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – TREVIS MICHAEL RAY
LABADIEVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest Trevis Michael Ray, 26, of 5969 Highway 308, Belle Rose, LA, on felony charges arising from a domestic disturbance in Pierre Part early Sunday.
Uniformed patrol deputies responded to a complaint related to a disturbance at a Pierre Part rental complex. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that a former domestic partner, now identified as Trevis Michael Ray, had come to the complex earlier and created a disturbance. During the incident, the accused had hit her in the face, thrown her to the ground and destroyed some of her personal property.
Deputies observed evidence which corroborated the complainant’s allegations which included personal injuries as well as damaged personal property.
Deputies began to search for Trevis Michael Ray and located the subject in Napoleonville.
Trevis Michael Ray was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Simple Battery
*Domestic Abuse Battery
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property – Felony
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property – Misdemeanor
Trevis Michael Ray remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
