DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – STEPHANIE MICHELLE BOUDREAUX

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Stephanie Michelle Boudreaux, 43, of 6487 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA, on felony charges arising out of a domestic dispute on Tuesday afternoon in Belle Rose.

Deputies were called to a disturbance and made contact with the complainant who is a domestic partner of the accused. He stated the two engaged in an argument and at some point, Stephanie Michelle Boudreaux retrieved a weapon and moved towards him in an aggressive manner.

The situation was diffused. At the time of the incident, there were minor children present.

Based on the complainant and suspect’s version of events as well as witness statements, Stephanie Michelle Boudreaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse / Aggravated Assault with Child Endangerment

Stephanie Michelle Boudreaux was incarcerated with a bond set at $15,000.
